DECIDE yourself purposefully that you will do now, today, tomorrow
and everyday VERY effective and productive.
2. Live
A Healthier Life. Take nutritious food moderately. Avoid liquor ? alcohol,
smoking and drug abuse. Exercise. Get yourself detoxified regularly. Make
sure you have adequate sleep - 7 to 8 hours daily. Too much of sleep may
slow down your brain responses. A shortage or deprivation of adequate sleep
is one of the main sources of stress. Sleep allows our brain to rest. Also,
ensure good health of your teeth so that you have more confidence in yourself
and confidence of others in you too.
3. Be Proactive
and Positive. Always portray an excellent self-image of yourself. Love
your job - do what you love doing. Set your life goal, and then yearly,
monthly, weekly and daily goals. Be in a great mood to get more done. You
can create a good mood simply by telling yourself “I'm in such a great
mood today!
4. Plan
Daily. Assess your Daily Achievement - improve on your weaknesses.
A good practice is to create a to-do list every night featuring 5 actions
that you must complete the following day. By doing this at night before
you go to sleep, you engage your subconscious mind so that the next day
you will know what you have to do and be on target to complete these tasks.
Try to do this, one day at a time, until it becomes your daily habit! Preparation
(Readiness) + Opportunity = Success
5. Prioritize
and Focus. Optimize productivity. Focus and do the most important things
first. Do what you must do first - not what you should do! Resharpen your
energy and focus by taking short breaks between tasks. Do not waste
time. Be organized and disciplined in everything you do. Delegate tasks
as and when necessary.
6. Communicate
and Interact Well. Respect others and listen well to avoid misunderstanding.
Miscommunication and misunderstanding are costly.
7. Keep
Yourself Up to Date. Keep abreast with the world ? learn new skills. |
